So I am currently making curried egg puffs… all i need are the curry, the eggs and the puff (pastry). HAHA
so i have the eggs cooking.. and i need chives.
I asked a friend what they were cos im not 100% and he said he has no idea and that he forgot what tomatoes were recently – v helpful.
I asked a chef friend and he says they are like mini spring onions.. .that is awesome help.. though i dont know what they look like.. i know what pickled onions look like and for the record they taste gross… ooh the eggs are done

apparantly chives are smaller versions of http://www.thaitable.com/images/ingredients/pictures/5Chinese%20chives%20-%20green.jpg according to friend 2. not friend 1. so now i is off to hunt in the garden for chives…. wooo u learn something new each day :D

so i now have gone outside to get what i think smells and looks like chives based on picture and guess of smell.. if i am wrong the egg puffs will have some sort of grassy substitute.. oh well its still long green stuff :P
